Our storage units are usually not very large, which is why our customers often store things like boxes, clothes, seasonal equipment such as camping gear and bicycles, documents, and furniture.
Customers are not allowed to store flammable materials, such as fuel or tires. Food and other products that attract pests or cause odors are also prohibited.
In the beginning, when the warehouse is just opening and filling up, it can be busy at times. At this point, each location usually has 5-15 visits per week. As the warehouse stabilizes, the number of visits usually decreases.
Flexistore's concept is 24/7, and focuses on self-service and accessibility. With this availability, you can ask for a better price while still offering a good product to your customers. This can be discussed if 24/7 access is not possible in your property.
